About Enterprise Helper

Enterprise Helper is a practical reference for people who are starting or operating a company built for scale. It is written by two people who have done it — brothers, across more than one industry — and published without bylines because the content is the point.

Most of what exists on the internet about starting a business is either too general to be useful or written by someone whose main experience is writing about starting a business. This site is an attempt at something more direct: here is what the structure actually looks like, here is what goes wrong, here is what to do instead.

What gets covered

The focus is on formation, capitalization, and operations. That means entity selection and what each choice actually costs you, operating agreements and why they matter before you need them, early finance and the real price of each funding source, vendor and employment obligations, and the systems that keep an enterprise functional over time.

Every topic covers the failure modes alongside the right approach. That is not a stylistic choice — it is the only way to give an accurate picture of what you are deciding.

A note on what this is not

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice. Consult the appropriate professionals before making decisions with legal or financial consequences. What we can do is make sure you arrive at those conversations knowing what questions to ask.

Content is published pseudonymously and updated as the material warrants. Enterprise Helper has no affiliation with any formation service, legal platform, or financial product.
